The Civilian Refit program has been designed for transitioning Military servicemembers, those considering this transition, or those who have already transitioned. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not match our intended audience as these individuals will not qualify for the satisfaction guarantee. Civilian Refit cannot guarantee the success of those who do not fit our intended and expressly defined audience.
Civilian Refit offers a guarantee for personal development and a deeper understanding of the self along with tangible development for professional materials like a resume and cover letter. Civilian Refit cannot guarantee perfect clarity or securing a job/role/position as a result of this program.
All content, whether online or in dowloadable form (e.g. .pdf, .docx) are the property of Civilian Refit and DeGraaf Coaching LLC. Any copying, reprinting, sharing, or other use of these materials not expressly permitted and intended by Civilian Refit and DeGraaf Coaching LLC arestrictly prohibited.
